  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Comby → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

  • How do I request a refund?

    Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

  • How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

    Open Comby on your new device and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

  • Is my photo stored?

    No. Selfies are processed via encrypted connection and automatically purged after your preview is generated. See our Privacy Policy for details.
