Welcome to Comby: AI Hairstylist (the "App"), operated by KHV Digital LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

Comby is an AI-powered hairstyle preview application. Users upload or capture a selfie and the App uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic previews of how different hairstyles and colors would look on them. The App also provides technical hairstyle specifications that can be shared with hair stylists.

Important: AI-generated previews are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a hairstyle will look in real life. Results vary based on photo quality, lighting, and individual hair characteristics. Comby is a visualization tool, not a guarantee of a specific outcome.

User Accounts and Age Requirements

The App uses anonymous authentication. You are not required to create an account with an email address. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (16 in certain jurisdictions). If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Subscriptions and Payments

  • The App offers a subscription that unlocks hairstyle preview generation
  • Subscription pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store
  • All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of other people without their consent
  • Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Circumvent any security measures or access controls
  • Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers)
  • Misrepresent AI-generated previews as actual photographs

Intellectual Property

The App, its content, features, and functionality are owned by KHV Digital LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You retain ownership of photos you upload
  • You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for generating hairstyle previews
  • AI-generated preview images are provided for your personal use
  • You may share generated previews (e.g., with your stylist) but may not use them commercially

Photo Usage and Privacy

Your selfie photos are processed solely for the purpose of generating hairstyle previews. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your photos and personal data.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that hairstyle previews will accurately predict real-world results. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated previews, including but not limited to haircut, coloring, or styling decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHV Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
